UROSPOT is Canada's premier centre for pelvic health, with 22 clinics nationwide and growing internationally. What You'll Do

Welcome clients with professionalism and empathy, creating a safe and supportive space. Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client needs and explain treatment options. Educate clients on pelvic health and guide them in making informed, confident decisions about care. Encourage clients to take the next step in their treatment journey with trust and reassurance. Collaborate with our nursing and clinic teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Demonstrate accountability and reliability, while taking pride in contributing to life-changing outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in consultative, client-facing roles (healthcare, wellness, education, medical devices, or related fields preferred). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a calm and confident presence. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills; able to explain concepts clearly and empathetically. Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with client management systems. A genuine interest in health and wellness, and a passion for helping people move forward with confidence. Currently residing in Ontario, with the ability to work in person at our Mississauga clinic.

Role Details

Job Type:

Part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Schedule:

Flexible daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

Location:

UROSPOT Mississauga (in-clinic role).

Compensation:

Competitive hourly base + performance incentives.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
