About Us

The Communication Clinic is a growing, therapist-owned private practice in Toronto, specializing in pediatric speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, art therapy, and early intervention. We are expanding our services to include ABA under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and are seeking dedicated Behaviour Therapists/Instructor Therapists to join our team.

The Role

As a Behaviour Therapist, you will:

Work 1:1 with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum to develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Implement individualized ABA programs designed and supervised by a BCBA. Collect accurate data on client progress and participate in team meetings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychotherapists. Receive ongoing training and supervision to strengthen your clinical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or current studies) in psychology, education, behaviour science, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Comfort with following structured programs and collecting data. RBT certification is an asset, but not required (training and supervision provided).
