Adora Bright Pediatric Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing ABA, Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy. Position Summary:



As a Supervised Behaviour Therapist, you will provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services to children with autism and other developmental exceptionalities. All services are delivered under the supervision of a

Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)

in accordance with the

College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)

guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver direct ABA therapy to children and youth in the centre. Implement individualized behaviour intervention plans developed by supervising clinicians. Accurately collect and input session data using clinic-approved methods and tools. Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities. Communicate regularly with supervising Behaviour Analysts to ensure ethical and effective implementation of programming. Support clients with skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behaviours using function-based approaches. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child & Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, or related field (Required). At least

one year of experience

working as an Instructor Therapist or Behaviour Therapist. Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards. Ability to manage behaviour safely using proactive and reactive strategies. CPR/First Aid certification and Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 6 months). Reliable transportation to client locations is required. Professionalism, punctuality, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
