We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments and maintaining cash drawers. Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on preferences. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with ordering as necessary. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience preferred. Must have your Smart Serve Certification. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
