*Email resume directly to staggers@eastlink.ca* We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join the team at Staggers Pub and provide an excellent guest experience. Compensation includes salary and tips. This position is a mixture of serving and bartending. Responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant and drink menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/barstaff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers\xe2\x80\x99 identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Job Type: Part-time Salary: $15.00-$15.50 per hour Expected hours: 20 \xe2\x80\x93 35 per week Benefits:
