Job Description
Bartender - Mississauga Convention Centre, Mississauga, ON, CAN We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at Mississauga Convention Centre. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring the bar area is kept clean and organized. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders for drinks
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with standard recipes
- Check guests\' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Serve snacks and food items to customers seated at the bar
- Clean and organize the bar area and wash glassware
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Proven work experience as a Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a variety of alcoholic beverages
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
