A propos du role :

Le role de bartender junior est un poste d'entree qui vise a donner l'outil pour developper la capacite a devenir un bartender de haut niveau comme l'exige Four Seasons. Les taches seront axees sur la preparation et le service des cocktails

Ce que vous ferez :

Offrir un service distingue, chaleureux et personnalise aux clients du Bar, en respectant les standards de qualite Four Seasons. Maitriser l'ensemble de l'offre du Bar (boissons, vins, cocktails, mets) afin de conseiller efficacement les clients. Collaborer etroitement avec l'equipe (bartender, sommelier, etc.) pour assurer un service fluide et une gestion optimale des produits. Assurer toutes les taches operationnelles : ouverture/fermeture, mise en place, facturation (Micros), proprete et rangement de la zone. Gerer efficacement les interactions avec les clients : accueil courtois, anticipation des besoins, resolution proactive des problemes. Respecter les procedures de securite, signaler les incidents, et accomplir toute autre tache assignee par la direction.

Ce que vous contribuez :

2 a 3 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire, idealement dans un environnement hotelier de luxe ; Bonne competences en communication ; Un niveau d'anglais intermediaire est requis pour offrir un service professionnel a une clientele internationale, comprendre leurs demandes specifiques et repondre de maniere efficace. Bonne resistance au stress et capacite a le gerer de maniere positive et efficace ; Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles. Ce poste implique de nombreux contacts avec la clientele et d'excellentes competences en communication sont requises ; Le candidat ideal possedera egalement de solides connaissances en gastronomie et en oenologie, une grande attention aux details et la capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement ;

About the role:

The junior bartender role is an entry position that is meant to give the tool to develop the ability to become a top-level bartender as required by Four Seasons. The tasks focus on directly assisting with all aspects of cocktail preparation and service.

What you will do:

Provide distinguished, warm, and personalized service to Bar guests, in line with Four Seasons quality standards. Master the full range of Bar offerings (drinks, wines, cocktails, food) to effectively advise and guide guests. Work closely with the team (bartender, sommelier, etc.) to ensure smooth service and optimal product management. Carry out all operational tasks: opening/closing duties, setup, billing (Micros), cleanliness, and organization of the area. Manage guest interactions efficiently: courteous welcome, anticipating needs, and proactively resolving issues. Follow safety procedures, report incidents, and perform any other duties assigned by management.

What you bring:

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury hotel environment Good communication skills; an intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively. Strong stress resilience and the ability to manage it in a positive and effective manner Good interpersonal skills -- this role involves frequent guest interaction, requiring outstanding communication abilities The ideal candidate will also have solid knowledge of gastronomy and oenology, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently
