A propos du role :
L'hote/l'hotesse est la premiere personne a accueillir les invites avec courtoisie et sourire, offrant ainsi une premiere impression positive du restaurant et du bar. Il/elle est responsable de la gestion des reservations, de la connaissance des menus et de l'organisation des espaces de service. La personne doit egalement reconnaitre les clients reguliers et faire preuve de flexibilite pour travailler les fins de semaine et jours feries.
Ce que vous ferez :
Accueillir, installer les invites et gerer les reservations selon les standards Four Seasons.
Repondre aux demandes et anticiper les besoins des invites pour assurer un service personnalise.
Organiser le kiosque d'accueil, gerer les plans de salle et veiller au bon equilibre des stations de service.
Repondre aux appels telephoniques, prendre les reservations et informer sur les services du restaurant et de l'hotel.
Controler la qualite des menus et maitriser parfaitement les plats et offres du jour.
Collaborer avec les autres departements et signaler les incidents ou demandes speciales a la direction.
Ce que vous contribuez :
Bonne competence en communication en francais, a l'ecrit et a l'oral;
Une connaissance intermediaire de l'anglais est necessaire pour comprendre les besoins d'une clientele internationale, expliquer les services offerts, et assurer une experience personnalisee.
Experience en service a la clientele haut de gamme, avec de fortes aptitudes interpersonnelles, professionnalisme et discretion.
Connaissance des operations en restauration (nourriture et boissons) et capacite a travailler dans un environnement rapide et multitache.
Excellente organisation, souci du detail et orientation vers les resultats.
Maitrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, Word, Excel) ; connaissance d'OpenTable est un atout.
Experience en hotellerie ou en restauration de luxe est un plus ; capacite a rester debout pendant de longues periodes.

About the role:
The host/hostess is the first to greet guests with courtesy and a smile, creating a positive first impression of the restaurant and bar. They are responsible for managing reservations, knowing the menus, and organizing the service areas. The host/hostess is also expected to recognize regular guests and have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
What you will do:
Greet and seat guests while managing reservations in line with Four Seasons standards.
Handle guest requests, anticipate needs, and provide personalized service.
Organize the host stand, oversee seating plans, and ensure balanced station assignments.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant and hotel services.
Maintain menu quality and stay fully informed on daily specials and menu offerings.
Collaborate with other departments and promptly report any incidents or special requests to management.
What you bring:
Good communication skills in French, both oral and written;
An intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively;
Strong customer service experience with superior interpersonal skills, professionalism, and discretion.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); experience with OpenTable is an asset.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus; ability to stand for extended periods.
