A propos du role :
Le(la) bartender au restaurant et lounge Marcus offre un service attentionne, elegant et personnalise, tout en demontrant une excellente connaissance des boissons et des standards de qualite de l'etablissement. Cette personne assure un accueil chaleureux, anticipe les besoins des clients, et veille a la mise en place, au bon deroulement et a la fermeture efficace du bar.
Ce que vous ferez :
Offrir aux clients du Bar un service distingue et agreable conformement aux criteres de qualite Four Seasons ;
Anticiper les demandes des clients et y repondre de maniere proactive ;
Servir les boissons en ayant une bonne connaissance de la carte des boissons ;
Developper une connaissance complete de tous les produits offerts par le Bar comme les vins, les cocktails, les bieres, les armagnacs, les cognacs, les eaux de vie et les autres boissons ;
Travailler etroitement avec le Sommelier pour assurer une rotation des produits de vins ;
Effectuer autant le service d'ouverture que de fermeture du Bar ; savoir dresser les tables selon les normes requises ;
Debarrasser et stocker le linge, la porcelaine, l'argenterie, la verrerie, les boissons et la nourriture ;
Savoir utiliser le systeme informatique de l'hotel (micros), pour la facturation des produits, pour l'impression des factures et effectuer les transactions ;
S'assurer que le bar est stocke en tout temps et que toutes les responsabilites d'ouverture et de fermeture sont bien accomplies ;
Executer toutes autres taches connexes.
Ce que vous contribuez :
Bonne aptitude de communication en francais; Une connaissance intermediaire de l'anglais est necessaire pour comprendre les besoins d'une clientele internationale, expliquer les services offerts, et assurer une experience personnalisee.
Travailler des horaires atypiques et etre disponible les jours, soirs, nuits, fin de semaines et feries;
Avoir une excellente resistance au stress et le gerer de maniere positive et efficace ;
Etre a l'aise dans un environnement a cadence rapide ;
2-3 annees d'experience dans un poste similaire, idealement dans un milieu hotelier de luxe ;
Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles puisque ce poste implique un contact constant avec la clientele ;
Etre debout/marcher pendant de longues periodes tout au long de la journee ;
Soulever des charges jusqu'a 13kg ;
Le candidat ideal aura des connaissances solides en nourriture et boissons, une attention marquee pour les details et la capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches ;
Excellentes connaissances au niveau des cocktails classiques et modernes ;

About the role:
The bartender at Marcus Restaurant and Lounge delivers attentive, refined, and personalized service while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of beverages and the hotel's quality standards. This role includes warmly welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring smooth bar operations from setup to closing.
What you will do:
Provide guests at the Bar with distinguished and pleasant service in accordance with Four Seasons quality standards.
Anticipate guest needs and respond to them proactively.
Serve beverages with a solid knowledge of the drink menu.
Develop thorough knowledge of all products offered at the Bar, including wines, cocktails, beers, armagnacs, cognacs, eaux-de-vie, and other beverages.
Work closely with the Sommelier to ensure proper wine rotation.
Perform both opening and closing duties at the Bar; set tables according to required standards.
Clear and store linens, china, silverware, glassware, beverages, and food.
Use the hotel's POS system (Micros) to charge items, print bills, and process transactions.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times and that all opening and closing duties are properly completed.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
What you bring:
Good communication skills in French; an intermediate knowledge of English is necessary to understand the needs of international customers, explain the services offered, and ensure a personalized experience.
A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays;
Have a good resistance to stress and manage it positively and effectively;
2 - 3 years' experience in the same role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment;
Good interpersonal skills. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required;
Excellent bartending and cocktail knowledge;
Move about facility and stand for long periods of time;
The ability to carry up to 30lbs (13kg);
The ideal candidate will also have solid food and wine knowledge, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask;
Excellent knowledge of modern and classic cocktails;
