As our Banquet Manager, you will elevate every event through meticulous planning, unwavering attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for memorable celebrations--whether intimate gatherings or grand galas--ensuring each guest departs with an extraordinary experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of banquet operations, from initial inquiry to event execution and post-event review
Collaborate with clients to customize menus, room setups, and service to match their vision and expectations
Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism
Supervise event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring flawless timing and seamless transitions
Manage event logistics, including staffing, inventory, and equipment, to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with culinary and sales teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
Education and Qualification Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in banquet, catering, or hospitality settings
Demonstrated success in organizing and executing events of varying scale and complexity
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for creating memorable moments and exceeding guest expectations
Work Environment Considerations
Regular and restaurant environment, non-traditional work hours, standing and walking for long periods of time; lifting and carrying

Licensing or Certification Requirements
