Banquets Manager

About the Role

As the Banquets Manager, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring events--from elegant weddings to high-profile corporate functions--are executed to the highest standards. You'll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with other departments, and ensure seamless service that delights our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise banquet events from start to finish Manage and train banquet staff, ensuring top-tier service and hospitality Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Event Planning teams to meet client expectations Monitor event execution to ensure adherence to hotel standards and client specifications Manage banquet inventory, costs, and labor to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements

3+ years of experience in banquet or event management (hotel preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food & beverage operations and event logistics A passion for delivering exceptional service
