to join our Aurora, ON team. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for the management of Royal Venetian Mansion's Banquet Facilities. This includes coordinating banquet menus, coordinating catering orders, and managing the banquet room, kitchen and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years' experience in food and beverage management preferred
Knowledge of Royal Venetian Mansion's catering menu and experience in coordinating catering orders
Knowledge of Royal Venetian Mansion's kitchen equipment and how to maintain them
Ability to lead a team and motivate a team to achieve goals
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility with scheduling and scheduling within the business hours.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate banquet menus with culinary teams to ensure menus are prepared in a timely manner.
Coordinate all catering needs with the sales department, including deliveries, catering orders, and catering staff.
Manage banquet room set up for banquets including tables, chairs, linens, etc.
Ensure all food is properly stored in the kitchen at all times.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
