Job purpose
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of workers to complete a daily production schedule on time and with high-quality standards.
Duties and responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
Planning production schedules with upper management
Scheduling workers to complete daily production
Supervise the operation of commercial bakery equipment
Overseeing compliance for sanitization and adherence to the food safety plan
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform this job include:
High School Education
Food Safe Certification
At least 1-year related experience in food manufacturing
Working conditions
Production Supervisors are scheduled to work 5 days per week including weekends, minimum of 8 hours each shift.
Physical requirements
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs to shoulder height and being able to stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
