Position Overview

As a Morning Baker, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by preparing fresh baked goods for our customers. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about baking and enjoys starting their day early in a lively environment.

Key Responsibilities

- BakingPrepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to our recipes and standards.
- Morning Prep: Conduct all morning prep tasks, including measuring and mixing ingredients to ensure a smooth baking process.
- Opening the Kitchen: Open the kitchen each morning, ensuring all equipment and workstations are ready for a productive day.
- Displaying Baked Goods: Present baked goods attractively in the display cases, ensuring they are appealing and accessible to customers.
- Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs for ordering. - Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers as needed, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous baking experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work early morning hours and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
