We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on baking and food preparation. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety.

Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation. Decorate doughnuts with icing, fondant, or other decorative elements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards. Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production of baked goods for service.

Skills

Proficient in food handling and safety practices within a kitchen environment. Experience in the food industry with a focus on baking. Strong skills in doughnut decorating and presentation techniques. Knowledge of food preparation methods and equipment used in baking. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
