Our client a public utility in SK Energy Management System (EMS) is used to operate Saskatchewan's electric grid in real-time 24 hrs. a day and 365 days in a year. The EMS is composed of application servers, historians, operator workstations and other ancillary applications critical to grid operations. The availability and security of these systems is critical to the safe and reliable delivery of energy to the utilities\' customers and stakeholders.The EMS Upgrade project will upgrade the EMS system, supporting infrastructure and site operations system. This project is required to maintain the secure, safe, reliable and compliant operations.Demonstrated experience:
- Gathering requirements
- Developing solutions
- Creating test-plans
- Tracking issues/problems to resolution
- Facilitating cross-functional workshops
- Developing cybersecurity programs and processes
- Developing process and workflows for compliance programs (e.g. HIPA, PCI-DSS, NERC CIP)
- Working in SCADA/Industrial Control System environmentsCreate and manage test plans.

• Perform as Test Lead, to guide the business SMEs through the process of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are sufficiently identified, traced and functional in the finished system.
• Provide quality assurance in relation to the accuracy and integrity of the information provided in the solution.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing the business for change by conducting organizational readiness activities.
• Develop training, training materials and facilitate training for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Document Use Cases based on Business Process and Workflow Models.
• Effectively analyze information, problems, situations, practices or procedures.
• Elicit and document requirements.
• Develop procedure and job-aids
