You will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and communicate SAP MP Quality Management objectives, including a risk assessment,
scoping process, and SAP MP updates in both written and verbal updates to SAP MP Leadership
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and Lead Testing Strategies, Test Plans for each test phase, mentor testing team, and
ensure traceability of processes to test scenarios and cases.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the UAT execution with business and plan for other relevant test phases applicable to
the project.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for the creation of both the Quality Management Strategy and Quality
Management Plan that will define the quality standards that must be applied through the
lifecycle of the SAP MP.
\xe2\x97\x8f Define the processes to ensure the activities/deliverables in the SAP MP are completed to the
defined standards including quality audits and assessments.
\xe2\x97\x8f Support quality control and process owners in the implementation of quality control design
improvement points and findings
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate and participate in team meetings, acting as the central point of contact for SAP MP
Quality Management.Qualifications
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 8 years plus experience in a Test and Quality Management Leadership role, including
Auditing, Test Lead, Test Strategies, and Testing on technology-intensive projects.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must have a minimum of 12 months experience with the Province of Nova Scotia in a SAP
quality and test management leadership role.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with software development and the QA life cycle
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and overseeing quality management processes
including the creation and management of quality assurance controls, inspections, and audits.
\xe2\x97\x8f Acute attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure are critical attributes of the role
along with communicating to project management with well-supported recommendations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
\xe2\x97\x8f External or internal audit background
\xe2\x97\x8f Proactive and anticipatory in approach and style
\xe2\x97\x8f Effectively interact with others to obtain required actions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong team player
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and autonomously with little direction and guidance.
\xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to adapt to a wide variety of tasks and requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated ability to communicate/facilitate effectively with diverse audiences using a
variety of methods.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to plan and prioritize work.Desired Qualifications:
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated experience in a Quality and Test Management Leadership role in SAP projects.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of SAP functional processes (e.g., finance, procurement EAM etc.)
\xe2\x97\x8f Prior public sector experience (PNS, NSH/IWK or NSRCEs/CSAP preferred)
\xe2\x97\x8f Team player qualities and the ability to set high-performance expectations within a team and be
able to motivate and support individuals to achieve them.
\xe2\x97\x8f Quality Assurance certifications (e.g., Experience in ensuring compliance with international
standards such as ISO9001)
\xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience with SAPSM (or its predecessor CIS Division in Quality Management role)
\xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience using SAP Solution Manager (preferably version 7.2 Focused Build)Summary
