The position



We're looking for a driven

B2B Sales Representative

to grow SudDrop's commercial client base in Halifax while helping us expand into new Canadian cities. You'll lead prospecting, manage client relationships, and create a playbook for scaling sales in new markets.

This is an opportunity to get in early at a growing company, shape our sales strategy, and make a direct impact on our growth.

Key responsibilities



Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with target businesses (spas, gyms, salons, restaurants, clinics, etc.) Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, closing, and onboarding new clients Conduct outbound campaigns (calls, emails, in-person visits) and track leads in our CRM Create and manage a strong pipeline of B2B prospects Collaborate with the founder to refine our messaging and go-to-market approach Run

sales sprints

in new cities to land pilot clients and establish early traction Provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention

About you



Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in service-based industries (hospitality, cleaning, logistics, SaaS, etc.) Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you're comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers Motivated by targets and closing deals, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas Comfortable with outbound sales (cold calls, cold emails, in-person visits) Organized and data-driven: you know how to manage a pipeline and move deals forward Entrepreneurial mindset - resourceful, proactive, and excited by the idea of helping scale a startup

Compensation:

$3,000/month base + 10% commission on closed contracts (initial 3 months)

Full-time, 5-month contract (Oct 2025 - Feb 2026) with potential for permanent role
