About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and multilingual
B2B Sales Consultant (Spanish-Speaking)
to lead our business development efforts across
Spain and Latin America
. This role is essential for building new relationships with schools, companies, and educational institutions interested in international programs and global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Partnership Development
Identify and reach out to potential partners including primary schools, high schools, kindergartens, language schools, cram schools, colleges, universities, and corporations.
Initiate, negotiate, and close partnership or referral agreements for educational programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners for long-term collaboration.
Program Sales & Promotion
Promote Life Journey's key programs, such as:
International summer camps
Language immersion programs
Boarding school placements
Internship and co-op programs
School exchange opportunities
Deliver presentations, webinars, and consultation sessions with partner institutions.
Customize partnership proposals based on client needs and market conditions.
Market Expansion & Strategic Growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, needs, and untapped opportunities.
Represent Life Journey Global at education fairs, conferences, and partner events (virtual and/or in-person).
Internal Collaboration & Pipeline Management
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth implementation of partner initiatives.
Share regional insights with headquarters to help tailor strategy and improve outreach.
Maintain sales pipelines, report progress, and participate in weekly team check-ins.
Ideal Candidate
Required
Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or international education
Understanding of the education system and cultural landscape of Spain and/or Latin America
Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Flexibility to travel regionally if needed
Preferred
Existing network in international schools, private academies, or bilingual institutions
Experience using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, etc.
Previous experience representing educational programs or institutions abroad
