We are seeking a

Mandarin-speaking B2B Sales Consultant

to expand our presence across the Chinese-speaking markets, specifically Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. This is a critical business development role focused on forming new school and institutional partnerships and growing client referral networks.

About the Role



As a B2B Sales Consultant (Mandarin Speaking), your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with educational institutions and organizations across Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. You will promote Life Journey Global's programs, build long-term referral partnerships, and support co-branded projects that drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively reach out to potential partner institutions, including kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, cram schools, English schools, and universities. Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and business leaders. Present Life Journey's offerings, including international summer camps, study abroad placements, parent-child education programs, and consulting services. Negotiate partnership agreements and referral contracts. Support the onboarding and training of new partners to promote Life Journey programs effectively. Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to create bilingual promotional materials (Mandarin & English). Attend industry events, school visits, and international education fairs (virtual and in-person). Provide market insights and strategy recommendations for expansion in the Chinese-speaking regions.

Qualifications:



Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (native or business level) and proficient in English (business level). Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in education, consulting, or international services. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of the education landscape in Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. Ability to work independently and meet partnership and revenue targets. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Willingness to travel locally and internationally for business meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience working with kindergartens, cram schools (???), English language schools, or education agencies. Familiarity with international student recruitment, co-branded program development, or referral-based business models.
