About the Role



We're seeking a proven Sales Manager to drive go?to?market efforts in public safety and government sectors. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level clients, leading both strategic growth and market penetration for DMI's digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategy tailored to government and law enforcement agencies (municipal, state/province, federal). Build and manage pipeline: prospecting, qualification, presentations, RFP responses, contract negotiation, closing. Engage cross-functionally with Capture, Marketing, Product, Security, Legal, and Delivery teams. Position value clearly: offline-enabled eNotes, fraud-resistant Braidmark, and automation that reduces administrative burden. Own sales targets and forecast pipeline within CRM. Represent DMI at conferences and tradeshows in government/public safety sectors.

Qualifications



3+ years of B2G or B2B sales experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into public safety, justice, insurance or government agencies. Track record closing enterprise or government contracts ($100k-$1m+). Deep understanding of procurement cycles, RFP, RFQ. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders from CIOs to front-line law enforcement. Comfortable with cross-border sales across North America and Europe. Willingness to travel occasionally.

Compensation & Benefits



Base salary + competitive commission/bonus plan. Hybrid work environment. Travel reimbursement.
