A day in the life...

As a Service Advisor, you are the dealership's front-line in customer relations and service sales, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your day involves greeting customers, assessing their vehicle needs, and recommending necessary services. You coordinate appointments, create detailed work orders, and communicate effectively between customers and technicians. Handling administrative tasks such as processing invoices, warranty claims, and maintaining service records requires accuracy and attention to detail. Keeping customers informed, explaining repairs in an easy-to-understand manner, and following up on service visits help build lasting relationships. In this fast-paced role, problem-solving, teamwork, and exceptional customer service are key to success.

What we look for...

We require a valid Manitoba driver's license. Customer service experience is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Basic automotive knowledge (understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs) CDK experience is an asset. Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset. A positive can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers!
