We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team, ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and assess their service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended repairs.
• Upsell additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, transactions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
• Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Experience with Mitchell 1 Manager SE is an asset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
