Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repairs and services. Your expertise in customer service and mechanical knowledge will help ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience while maintaining their vehicles. You will play a crucial role in upselling services, managing cash transactions, and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of repair services and recommendations based on vehicle inspections.
• Manage cash handling processes accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell additional services and products that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and payments.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure a clean and organized service area to enhance the customer experience.

Experience

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong background in automotive repair with mechanical knowledge is essential.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
• Proven ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining excellent customer relations.
• Experience handling cash transactions accurately.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
