As a Service Advisor, you will be a vital link between our customer and our service team. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the service process, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customer and listen to their vehicle concerns or service needs

Explain recommended services and repairs in a clear and friendly manner

Provide accurate cost estimate and timelines for vehicle service

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery

Keep customers informed of the vehicle's progress and any changes

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings and promotions

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior Service Advisor experience would be an asset

Highly motivated and efficient in work practices

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others

This position works Monday to Friday and starts with a probationary pay of $900 per week. After a probationary period, the pay increases to $1144 per week. Extra compensation for this position is included in the forms of retail sales commission and customer satisfaction incentives.

This position requires a clean letter of conduct.
