We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact between customers and our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of technical understanding of automotive services. Salary will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Generate repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a dealership or automotive repair setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience handling cash transactions and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is highly desirable

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for service scheduling and invoicing

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
