Service Advisor
North York
Monday to Thursday
7am to 6pm
$50,000.00 + Bonus
Benefits
Duties:

Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
Develop repair estimates
Prepare repair orders
Connecting customers to the right auto technician \xe2\x80\xa2 Test-driving vehicles to confirm problem
Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions Skills and qualifications
A high school diploma or post-secondary education.
Truck Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
At least 2 year sales experience - previous experience in a truck or automotive dealership or aftermarket environment is preferred.
Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers
