Job Overview

As an Automotive Service Advisor at O.E.Motors, you'll serve as the vital link between our customers and our technical team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maximizing service department efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and discuss their vehicle service needs Create accurate repair orders and provide detailed cost estimates Clearly explain technical issues and service recommendations to customers Schedule service appointments efficiently to optimize workflow Maintain regular communication with customers about service progress Process warranty claims accurately and promptly Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and timely service completion Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction Maintain detailed service records and documentation Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining customer trust

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (2+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with automotive software Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to explain technical information in customer-friendly terms Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Sales aptitude with a focus on building customer relationships Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills Experience with service documentation
