Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction
- Greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance.

Maximize Sales & Revenue
- Proactively identify and upsell additional services based on vehicle needs, exceeding sales goals and increasing department profitability.
?
Service Coordination
- Work closely with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of repairs.
?
Work Order Management
- Create accurate repair orders, obtain customer approvals, and keep detailed service records.
?
Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, handling concerns professionally, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Performance & Efficiency
- Manage multiple service appointments daily while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
?
Proven track record
as a high-producing Service Advisor in a dealership or independent service shop.
? Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
? Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus.
? Valid driver's license.
