Vickar Ford is hiring an experienced

Service Advisor

, who will be responsible to maintain industry knowledge and professional communications throughout the customer service process. High earning potential!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers promptly Accurately obtain, document and update customer and vehicle information Review vehicle history and determine needed maintenance Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer, using specific descriptions Promote the sales of labour, parts and service packages Prepare a complete and accurate cost estimate Reconcile final invoice with the work performed Coordinate service with Parts Dept and Technicians Maintain contact with customers throughout the service/repair process, including service updates, advising of additional recommendations, all charges, completed work, and booking follow-up or maintenance appointments. Oversee delivery of vehicles to customer post service Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid MB driver's license with acceptable record (MPI abstract req'd for hire) Exceptional customer service and communications skills Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management ability Technical familiarity with automobiles, preferred Service Advisor experience and previous use of CDK software an asset Must be available for 1 rotating Saturday shift per month
