We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service, automotive repair, and sales. If you have mechanical knowledge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and assist them with their service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle assessments
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and manage invoices accurately
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge
- Exceptional client service skills
- Background in automotive repair or as a mechanic is beneficial
