Master Mechanic over has 42 locations across southern Ontario and is a trusted brand in the automotive repair and maintenance industry.

Master Mechanic is currently looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join their team of highly skilled technicians.

The ideal candidate has:

Basic Automotive Knowledge & Be Willing to Learn. A high school diploma or equivalent A valid driver's license Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail Customer service experience:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide recommendations and explanations for necessary repairs or services
- Estimate costs and provide quotes to customers
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or services
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive needs, from scheduling appointments to providing accurate estimates for repairs or services. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers and coordinate with technicians will contribute to the overall success of our service department.

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in cash handling is required for this position. Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
