About the Position:
We are looking for a
friendly, positive, and motivated Service Advisor
to join our automotive repair shop. The ideal candidate has a great attitude, enjoys helping customers, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Listen to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
Explain recommended services in an easy-to-understand way
Create repair orders and follow jobs from start to finish
Work closely with technicians and shop staff to keep workflow smooth
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work well with a team and independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Mechanical/automotive knowledge is a plus (not required)
Previous service advisor or customer service experience preferred
