We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to oversee the daily operations of our busy automotive repair shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team of technicians effectively.
Duties
Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive shop.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring timely availability for repairs.
Work closely with technicians to schedule and prioritize repair jobs.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare estimates and invoices for customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive repair and shop management.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians.
Proficiency in computer skills, including estimating and invoicing software.
Valid driver's license.
