What You'll Be Doing:

Engage with customers in person, online, and over the phone to identify their vehicle needs. Guide buyers through the entire sales process--from greeting to vehicle delivery. Conduct test drives and highlight key features and benefits of new Ford vehicles and a great selection of used. Negotiate pricing with professionalism and confidence. Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business. Hit and exceed monthly sales goals (and get paid well for it!).

What We're Looking For:

A

with a passion for cars and helping people. Motivated by commissions, bonuses, and the potential to make serious income. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous automotive sales experience is a huge plus, but not required--we'll train the right person.
