Sales Professional

to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers in the showroom, over the phone, and online to create an exceptional buying experience Share your knowledge of Ford, Lincoln, and pre-owned vehicles to match customers with the right solutions Guide customers through the purchase or lease process with professionalism and care Follow up with past customers and build long-term relationships Collaborate with Sales Managers and Finance team members to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Sales or customer service experience (automotive is an asset, but not required) Passion for learning about new products and the evolving EV lineup Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable using technology and software to manage leads and customer follow-ups Valid PEI driver's license and clean abstract Able to pass a background check
