one of Grande Prairie's most established and high-volume dealerships, is looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent top automotive brands, earn a competitive income through commissions, and help customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences Present, promote, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence and product expertise Build strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required) Strong knowledge or passion for vehicles and their features Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality Familiarity with dealership software systems (e.g., PBS, Dealersocket) is a strong asset Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
