Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in understanding their vehicle options. Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customers with suitable vehicles. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options. Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Utilize organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation efficiently. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. Stay updated on automotive trends and industry developments.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on upselling products and services. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Pay: $42,295.92-$127,456.80 per year
