Job Overview:
We are seeking organized and motivated Automotive Administrative Assistants to support daily operations at our Woodbridge location. The ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the automotive industry. Driving is considered an asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Assist with scheduling, customer service, and coordination of daily operations
Support the team with vehicle documentation, invoicing, and inventory tracking
Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry software, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Driving experience or valid driver's license is an asset
