We're expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to fill the following full-time position:

Reception / Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email Schedule and manage installation appointments Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming Support the team with general administrative and office tasks Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client

Requirements:

Punctual, reliable, and professional Friendly, positive, and energetic personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using office software and point-of-sale systems Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience is an asset Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Bonus: Car enthusiast

Pay:

$14/hr - $22/hr, based on experience ($30k - $45k / year)
