Auto Service Advisor
Job Description
We are looking to have someone join our Service Advisor team. The position is mainly days along with shifts every other weekend. Some of the tasks include:
creating work orders for customers when they bring their vehicle to be serviced
looking up and ordering parts from either our depot or other car part companies in town
dealing with warranty issues for parts like batteries, hard parts
looking up replacements parts like wiper blades, spark plugs, etc;
must be comfortable answering phone calls and using computers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
