Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize effective communication skills to present products and services persuasively.
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
Proven ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and customers.
