As a Family owned business with 65 years of experience, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and sustainable solutions for automotive needs in our community. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Present products effectively to clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed is essential.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is an asset, but employer is willing to train
