Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs and budget Build and maintain positive customer relationships Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options Negotiate sales in a professional and transparent manner Follow up with leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, online messages) Work with the dealership team to meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications

Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required (training provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and rapport with customers Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to earn commission Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Compensation

Hourly wage + commission

(earnings based on performance) Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time available) Opportunity for growth within the dealership
