Associate Market Manager - Xarelto
The Associate Market Manager contributes to the success their brand. They are responsible for strategies and tactics across various Xarelto indications. As a member of the Xarelto marketing team, the AMM will work closely with all members of the Xarelto team as well as with other internal and external customers and agencies to guide the brand in meeting its business and financial goals. The AMM is accountable for executing on specific projects and tools and ensuring that these meet both their internal and external goals (timelines, financial, etc.)
Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This is a 12-month term contract position and is based out of Mississauga, Ontario.
What you will do:

  • Develop, execute and maintain programs and tools
  • Execute campaigns as part of the Omnichannel (Customer Powerhouse) project including designing and executing campaigns, creating necessary content and measuring output and impact
  • Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (Medical and Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Sales Force Development, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Market Research, Corporate Affairs) to ensure brand projects are on track to achieve annual and long-range plan objectives
  • Guide agencies to deliver projects
  • Develop, track and communicate annual plan with supporting departments
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans across the brand, including critical success factors, key strategies, annual promotion plans, marketing programs, production forecasts, sales forecasts, marketing budget
  • Assist is in the development of the strategic direction for the brand

Who you are:
  • University degree in science, business or equivalent
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in both general practice and specialty medicine
  • Head office and pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Good strategic and analytical skills
  • Proven project management, planning & organizational ability
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian Pharmaceutical Industry in relation to Advertising (i.e. PAAB code) and the IMC Code of Conduct
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Bayer operates under a hybrid work environment
