What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

Manage, optimize campaigns for Triangle Retail Media as per defined best practices, managing pacing, performance, and quality with direct actions in console or providing optimizations and pacing guidance to coordinators

Understand client performance objectives and develop successful segmentation and optimization strategies to exceed client expectations.

Ensure campaign timelines are adhered at every step of the process \xe2\x80\x93 plan deadlines, creative trafficking, go-live date.

Project and account management of all Display campaigns, potentially Video & Audio, from beginning to end \xe2\x80\x93 from initial briefings, planning, platform(s) setup and go-live, campaign optimization and maintenance to post reporting

Participate in discussions about campaigns, and attend new campaign briefings, including assisting internal partners with the strategy development

Uses programmatic background and knowledge of DSP capabilities to help build smart programmatic plans for the client that operationally fall in-line with the holistic media buy

Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly communicated to all relevant teams and entered accurately in the appropriate platforms.

Work across different platforms (DSPs) including Google Ads, DV360, Google Ad Manager (GAM), Criteo as well as Google Analytics.

Establish a respectful relationship with both internal and external partners.

Uses optimization tools and resources to hit performance goals. Ensuring full delivery on campaign and recommend alternatives to deliver when the need arises

Keep regular and detailed optimization notes and campaign insights

Working knowledge of both buyer side & seller side programmatic landscape and partner value proposition.

Participate and share ideas in client meetings, brainstorms and presentations

Innovation \xe2\x80\x93 come to managers with new ideas/processes/additions to the services, planning and trading toolkits

Mentorship/Teaching \xe2\x80\x93 actively involved in improving team coordinators\xe2\x80\x99 skills by setting up vendor meetings, giving POVs on potential measurement solutions, supervising coordinators as they setup and optimize campaigns

What you bring

Successful completion of certifications in relevant platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Google Ad Manager (GAM) & Campaign Manager

Experience in Google Analytics & Google Studio is an asset

Experience in digital retail marketing an asset

Experience in Criteo RMP & Meta Ads Manager is an asset

Well-versed in digital marketing technologies as well as online marketing programs

The ability to demonstrate experience operating across a complex matrixed organization.

College or university degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Business, or related discipline

Demonstrated experience in media buying platforms, ad serving and relationship management

3-5 (minimum) years experience in Google Ads, DV360 and/or Google Ad Manager

3-5 (minimum) years professional digital marketing experience from either agency, trade desk, publisher and/or client side

Hands on knowledge of Google\xe2\x80\x99s Campaign Manager considered an asset
