Do you have a passion for media execution and measurement? Do you enjoy working alongside internal teams (locally and globally) to amplify paid media and identify gaps? In this role you will partner with the Senior Manager, North American Integrated Media and the agency teams in the execution of Hasbro’s national media strategy.
A day in the life of an Associate Manager, Integrated Media: In partnership with the Senior Manager, North American Integrated Media:


  • Participate in the bi-annual media planning process to understand brand inputs, media channel roles and measurement. Provide support by reviewing decks prior to brand presentations to ensure clarity and accuracy of content based on brand brief and budgets.
  • Drive timelines, trafficking and asset hand off to the agencies.
  • Manage key documents for media communication with brand teams including brand summaries and reviewing trafficking sheets for a small for a predetermined portfolio of brands
  • Partner with CSM/Brand to determine items for etailer search investment, including exclusives, national items and long tail based on media criteria.
  • Communicate national media plans to CSM and determine driver urls at etailers based on marketing/sales direction.
  • Attend weekly optimization and reporting calls to understand in market changes and share key insights with brand and sales as relevant.
  • Help educate the retail teams about Hasbro’s national media strategies and assets they can use in the account marketing.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum two (2) years of progressive media planning/strategy experience in forward thinking consumer-focused organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
  • Proven ability to execute a brand marketing plan grounded in key strategies in a rapidly-changing organization.
