Job Description


The Associate Manager, Planning & Strategy will be responsible for providing day-to-day account support with a key focus on marketing strategy, planning, and performance of TRM campaigns.

What you\'ll do

Champion a customer-focused culture to develop client relationships across key stakeholders

In partnership with the account team, identify, produce and implement marketing solutions to achieve measurable business results for your assigned portfolio

Monitors the latest trends in media, including channels, advertising formats and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services

Create and maintain media plans, blocking charts, work back schedules, budget summaries, plan delivery and campaign reports

Engage in direct conversations with key media partners to build and manage TRM\xe2\x80\x99s advertising solutions within the media marketplace

Stay ahead of the curve by constantly evaluating new marketing solutions in the form of, but not limited to media buying platforms and new partner & content opportunities that can integrate seamlessly into driving outcomes for your portfolio of accounts

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proper tagging and set up of all campaigns to allow for accurate data capture and campaign analytics across our suite of solutions

What you bring

A positive attitude and Team-First approach

Solution-Oriented with the ability to navigate complex problems

College or university degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance or related discipline

5-7 years professional digital marketing experience from either agency, publisher, retail media, or client side

Demonstrated experience in media buying platforms, ad serving and relationship management

Experience in demand side platforms (DV360, GDN, Facebook, etc.)

Well-versed in all marketing technologies

Experience with media planning and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)

The ability to demonstrate experience operating across a complex matrixed organization.
