You have experience delivering analytics and research solutions and the ability not only to gather and analyze data, but to effectively communicate compelling insight-led narratives.

What will you do?

  • With minimal oversight, lead key day-to-day client contacts, expertly managing deliverables alongside a diverse range of property consulting clients and projects
  • Develop and foster industry relationships, to proactively drive net new & organic business development opportunities to achieve divisional revenue targets
  • Quickly grasp and utilize Wasserman\'s proprietary and syndicated research tools to efficiently conduct sponsorship measurement and valuation; determining asset value across owned, earned, and paid media
  • Design, develop and execute custom research methodologies including, but not limited to, consumer surveying, audience intelligence, business analysis and brand health/impact studies
  • Lead the development of client deliverables, POV\'s, reporting tools, and supporting materials that blend our capabilities and data sources to deliver actionable insights
  • Assemble ideas, themes, and observations into compelling visuals through design-forward client presentations
  • Manage client expectations, deliverables, and administrative tasks adeptly communicating within our internal team and partners
  • Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets against initial scope, required resourcing and meet financial targets.
  • Contribute beyond core functions of this particular role and be willing to support and/or help lead new cross-functional client pitches and play a role in responding to RFPs.
  • Actively provide mentorship and foster the professional growth of direct reports and junior team members, nurturing the next generation of agency talent.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years relevant sponsorship consulting experience including managing a team
  • Specific knowledge of the sport, entertainment, and sponsorship industry
  • Experience translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong ability to communicate information through storytelling, specifically in the form of visual and written presentations
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people through successful coaching, communication, and empathy as well as superior interpersonal skills to be able to create a rapport with a diverse range of people.
  • Experience or working knowledge of syndicated research tools (e.g. Nielsen, Vividata, Scarborough, GWI, Tableau, Meltwater, CrowdTangle, etc) considered an asset
  • Innate curiosity, proactive problem-solving skills, and well-developed analytical ability to isolate key insights that will contribute to practical strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, project manage multiple competing projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines.
  • Ability to build client relationships by having a growth mindset to aid in building a business unit
  • Ability to plan and carry out day-to-day responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Strong attention to detail and is highly organized
  • High level of initiative and proactively works well independently and in a team environment
