LMC Soins et Sant\xc3\xa9 (LMC) est le plus important fournisseur de soins sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9s en mati\xc3\xa8re de diab\xc3\xa8te, en endocrinologie et en m\xc3\xa9tabolisme au Canada. Nous transformons les soins du diab\xc3\xa8te en les rendant plus que jamais, accessibles, complets et centr\xc3\xa9s sur le patient. LMC compte 13 centres d\'excellence multidisciplinaires et 22 sites de recherche clinique situ\xc3\xa9s dans quatre provinces (Ontario, Alberta, et Qu\xc3\xa9bec). Plus de 60 endocrinologues, dont plusieurs sont reconnus nationalement pour leurs domaines d\'expertise, appuy\xc3\xa9s par une \xc3\xa9quipe interdisciplinaire d\'administrateurs de cabinets m\xc3\xa9dicaux hautement qualifi\xc3\xa9s, d\'assistants m\xc3\xa9dicaux, d\'infirmi\xc3\xa8res autoris\xc3\xa9es, de di\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9tistes, d\'adjoints au m\xc3\xa9decin, de pharmaciens, d\'optom\xc3\xa9tristes, d\'opticiens, Podologues et de professionnels de la recherche clinique.

Actuellement, notre clinique LMC Montr\xc3\xa9al Ville Saint Laurent (VSL) est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\xe2\x80\x99un(e) assistant(e) optom\xc3\xa9trique. Il s\xe2\x80\x99agit d\xe2\x80\x99un arrangement de travail hybride qui vous oblige \xc3\xa0 travailler \xc3\xa0 la clinique les lundis et mercredis et le solde peut \xc3\xaatre g\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 domicile. L\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience est pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable, mais pas n\xc3\xa9cessaire, car nous fournirons une formation.

Les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• Accueil des patients en personne, par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone ou en ligne
• R\xc3\xa9servation/Planification de rendez-vous
• Rappels et appels \xc3\xa0 froid pour prendre rendez-vous
• Pr\xc3\xa9-test des patients et autres tests auxiliaires
• Expliquer les proc\xc3\xa9dures et les co\xc3\xbbts aux patients
• Enregistrement et d\xc3\xa9part des patients en Clinique
• Faciliter l\xe2\x80\x99aiguillage des patients vers d\xe2\x80\x99autres professionnels de la sant\xc3\xa9
• Aider \xc3\xa0 commander des lentilles corn\xc3\xa9ennes
• S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que le bureau est factur\xc3\xa9 correctement pour les commandes et que les cr\xc3\xa9dits appropri\xc3\xa9s sont \xc3\xa9mis

Our LMC Montreal Ville Saint Laurent (VSL) clinic is looking for an Optometric Assistant. This is a hybrid working arrangement that requires you to work in the clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays and the balance can be managed from home. Experience is preferred but not necessary as we will provide training.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients in person, by telephone, or online
• Booking/Scheduling appointments
• Making recalls and cold calls to book appointments
• Pretesting patients and other auxiliary tests
• Explain procedures and costs to patients
• Check in and check out patients in clinic
• Facilitate patient referrals to other health care professionals
• Assisting in ordering of contact lenses
• Ensuring the office is billed properly for orders and proper credits are issued

Requirements:
